Boothroyd Distribution imports the hardware, carries the importer's duties and runs the UK warranty. You sell it and you install it.

What We Carry
  • Importer Of Record
    Customs, duty and import VAT into Great Britain, and the importer marking applied to every unit before it reaches a reseller.
  • The Compliance File
    Cellular Path warrants that each unit conforms to the UK regulations, may lawfully be placed on the market in Great Britain, and is covered by a declaration of conformity naming the serial number supplied. We check that declaration and the radio, EMC, electrical safety and exposure test reports behind it before any unit is sold.
  • A UK Power Supply
    Where a unit arrives with a North American supply we fit one approved for use here. Cellular Path has confirmed in writing that the substitution does not affect the declaration of conformity or the end user warranty.
  • The Warranty
    Three years parts and one year labour, the labour element where the unit was installed by us or by a reseller we authorised. Returns are handled in the United Kingdom and nothing is shipped to the United States. A unit that fails within thirty days of purchase may be replaced by the reseller from stock.
  • Pre-Sales
    Site suitability, mast loading, antenna and router pairing. Answered by the engineer, by email, before the quote goes out.
What We Ask
  • Sell to end users in the United Kingdom, and not to other resellers or distributors.
  • Do not modify the products.
  • Pass the end user warranty and the software licence terms through unaltered.
  • Meet the United Kingdom rules that apply to a distributor of radio equipment, which includes keeping the documents that came in the box with the product.
Prices

The UK recommended retail prices are published on the product pages, at GBP 339.00 and GBP 449.00 ex VAT. They are recommendations. Nothing in our agreement with Cellular Path fixes or restricts the price at which a reseller resells, there is no minimum advertised price, and we do not monitor resale prices. Trade terms come with the reseller agreement and are not published here.

Independent Advice, Declared Supply

Boothroyd Consulting is paid for independent specification. Boothroyd Distribution supplies hardware. When both are in the room we say which is which before anybody is advised, and the advice is contracted on its own terms.

Apply For A Trade Account

We check the company number and the VAT number, confirm the business sells connectivity hardware or installation, and reply within two business days. No trade prices are published; they come with the agreement.

As registered at Companies House, eight characters.
Leave blank if the company is not VAT registered.
Only if it differs from the trading address.
Construction, agriculture, telemetry and CCTV, rural connectivity, residential, whichever applies.

We use these details to assess the application and, on appointment, to set up the account. The record keeps the page you came from, the time, a one way hash of your network address rather than the address itself, and the wording of the agreement you ticked. No cookie is set by this form.
