Why There Is Nothing Else Here
A form routes to a database. A switchboard routes to somebody who cannot answer the question. An account manager routes to the person you wanted, three weeks later. We removed all three. What is left is the shortest path between a problem and somebody who can specify the fix.
Independence
Advice is contracted on its own terms. Any equipment we supply is declared in writing and priced separately. If the answer is that you need less than you thought, that is what the brief will say.
